FUNCTIONAL PROJECT 50 EURO/M²

Interior design project in the form of a plan view (2D), taking into account the layout of partition walls and the development of usable space, based on applicable norms and legal regulations.

Design works on the proposal of a functional schema of a medical office interior are also based on starting materials in the form of architectural and building plans, provided by the Investor or in the absence thereof, on an inventory made independently by the designer.

Stage I

FUNCTIONAL SCHEMA:

  • proposition of functional arrangement of partition walls, furniture and equipment, as well as water and sewer connections, in several variants of the document, based on applicable norms and legal provisions, which regulate the requirements for medical facilities.

FORM OF DOCUMENT:

  • room projections, 2D black and white drawings, with the arrangement of partition walls, possible demolitions, as well as the location of basic equipment.

THE PROCESS OF THE PREPARATION OF DOCUMENT:

  • determination of the scope of the document;
  • conversation with the Investor, recognition of individual preferences and needs related to the development of space;
  • presentation of several variants of the functional schema – distribution of walls and water and sewer connections, furniture and devices, selection of the most optimal variant by the Investor;
  • introducing changes to the selected functional schema based on the Investor’s suggestions;
  • approval and commissioning of the functional schema.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN 75 EURO/M²

  • Interior design project in the form of a flat plan view, taking into account the location of partition walls and the development of the functional space of the designed interior, based on documentation provided by the client or the designer’s own inventory;
  • Proposal of functional arrangement of partition walls, furniture and equipment, as well as water and sewer connections, in several variants of the document, based on the applicable standards and regulations governing the requirements for medical facilities;
  • Stylistic and material arrangement – selection of wall and floor coverings (wallpaper, fabrics, glaze and terracotta, decorative paints and plasters) and other interior design elements – furniture and lighting.

Stage I

SCOPE OF THE DOCUMENT:

  • it is a detailed description of the first stage and includes.

ELECTRICITY:

  • correction of basic electrical points in the form of plug-in sockets, lighting points and electric sockets;
  • individual lighting design based on an approved, new functional division of a residential unit.

HYDRAULICS:

  • correction of the basic electrical points along with the axial deployment of hydraulic drains;
  • a possible proposal of the fittings installation.

MEDICAL INTERIOR ARRANGEMENT:

  • proposition of the layout of furniture and other interior furnishings;
  • stylistic proposal – furniture plus lighting, wall and floor claddings with appropriate certificates and approvals.

WALLS:

  • color proposal;
  • material proposal (tiles, stone, glass, etc.).

FLOORS:

  • proposal of the division of planes;
  • material proposal (tiles, vinyl floors, etc.).

FORM OF DOCUMENT:

  • room projections, 2D black and white drawings, defining the position of electrical and plumbing points along with dimensioning;
  • walls expansion based on selected finishing materials, 2D black and white drawings, defining the position and dimensions of electrical and hydraulic points.

THE COURSE OF THE DESIGN PROCESS:

  • proposal of the distribution of hydraulic and electrical points, and a material list specifying the anticipated quantities needed for the execution of the design;
  • taking the Investor’s suggestions into account;
  • making a correction;
  • approval of Stage 2;
  • handing over the finished design for implementation.

COMPREHENSIVE DESIGN 130 EURO/M²

  • inventory of rooms;
  • unctional schema of individual rooms, 3d visualisations in 2-3 stylistic variants;
  • selection of finishing materials and interior design elements;
  • drawings of lighting points, central heating and water and sewage.

STAGE 2

SCOPE OF THE DEVELOPMENT:

  • constitutes a detailing of the first stage and includes.

SPATIAL VISUALIZATION:

  • Based on the approved functional schema of the interior and conceptual assumptions (inspiration moodboard), photorealistic spatial visualizations of the interior are created, in 2-3 stylistic proposals. 3d visualizations form the basis for detailing the design of electrical and hydraulic installations. On the basis of the selected arrangement variant, detailed sets of interior finishing materials are created.

FORM OF THE DEVELOPMENT:

  • presentation in the form of an album containing 3D visualizations of the designed rooms.

THE COURSE OF THE DESIGN PROCESS:

  • stylistic arrangement of rooms based on the functional schema of the interior;
  • taking investor’s suggestions into account;
  • making a correction;
  • approval of Stage 2.

Stage 3

SCOPE OF THE DOCUMENT:

  • it constitutes a detailing of the second stage and includes.

ELECTRICITY:

  • correction of basic electrical points in the form of plug-in sockets, lighting points and electrical sockets;
  • individual lighting design based on the approved, new functional division of a residential unit.

HYDRAULICS:

  • correction of basic electrical points together with axis deployment of hydraulic drains;
  • possible proposal for the installation of fittings.

ARRANGEMENT OF MEDICAL INTERIOR:

  • proposition of the arrangement of furniture and other elements of equipment of the interior, including decorative elements;
  • the aesthetic and stylistic proposal – furniture plus lighting, wall and floor claddings with appropriate approvals and certificates.

EQUIPMENT:

  • a proposal of lighting fitting;
  • a proposal of finishing materials – skirting boards, electrical equipment, etc;
  • proposal of moving elements in the interior (chairs and sofas, tables, hangers for clothing etc.);
  • window decoration proposal;
  • original design of furniture arrangements;
  • * the possibilty of additional consultation on the selection of medical equipment.

WALLS:

  • a color proposal;
  • a proposal of materials (tiles, stone, glass, wallpaper, decorative plaster, etc.).

FLOORS:

  • proposal of the plane division;
  • a proposal of materials (tiles, vinyl floors, etc.).

THE FORM OF DOCUMENT:

  • projections of rooms, black and white 2D drawings, determining the position of electrical and hydraulic points with dimensioning;
  • wall expansions based on selected finishing materials, 2D black and white drawings, defining the position and dimensions of electrical and plumbing points.

THE COURSE OF THE DESIGN PROCESS:

  • proposal for the deployment of hydraulic and electrical points and a material list specifying the quantities required for the execution of the design;
  • taking the Investor’s suggestions into account;
  • correction;
  • approval of Stage 3;
  • handing over the completed design for execution.

FULL SERVICE DESIGN 180 EURO/M² + 2000 EURO FOR SUPERVISION / MSC

  • comprehensive design – material and executive specification and visualizations;
  • we offer the author’s supervision to investors who want to be sure that the investment will be implemented in accordance with the design. Our help consists in cooperation with contractors of renovation and finishing works. During the supervision, we are present at the construction site, discuss the solutions adopted with the contractors and monitor the progress of works. During the supervision, we try to solve technical problems and, if there is such a need, we offer replacement solutions.

Commercial STAGING + expenses

  • Professional consultancy;
  • concept of room arrangement together with the execution;
  • organization and coordination of the purchase and transport of finishing materials;
  • the possibility of making purchases in furniture stores together, etc;
  • professional photo session.

  • the next step is to establish the advantages of real estate;
  • determine which rooms need changing and how to conduct interior lifting at the cheapest cost;
  • the consultancy process ends with a written summary of findings, in the form of instructions, which serves as a basis for carrying out independent arrangement and renovation works.

Gold Package 4 000 euro

Consultancy service plus design:

  • the process of service provision begins in the premises requiring metamorphosis;
  • the next step is to establish the advantages of real estate;
  • determine which rooms need changing and how to conduct interior lifting at the cheapest cost:
    – proposal of fabrics, wall and floor coverings, furniture and decorative elements, list of materials,
    – selection of colors for the room,
    – proposal of changes of the furniture arrangement 2d,
    – determination of the function of rooms and their adaptation to them.
  • a written summary of determined changes in the form of a design, on a special customer’s request a functional schema in a flat form, constituting the basis for independent performance of repair and arrangement works.

Platinum Package 10 000 euro

Consultancy, design, execution:

  • the process of the service provision begins in the premises requiring a metamorphosis;
  • the next step is to determine the advantages of real estate, as well as potential shortcomings that may be an obstacle to its sale or rent;
  • determine which rooms need changing and how to carry out interior lifiting at the cheapest cost (selection / acceptance / purchase):
    – proposal of fabrics, wall and floor coverings, furniture and decorative elements – list of materials,
    – choice of color of the room,
    – proposal of changes in the arrangement of furniture 2d.
  • refurbishment by renovation team, supervising the execution (execution – cooperating companies);
  • cleaning, cleaning furniture, equipment and floor coverings, supervision over the execution (execution-cooperating companies);
